訂兩張大床房，棉被竟然只給一條，去櫃台要說沒有了，就不理你了。洗澡的熱水一點也不熱，晚上洗澡覺得有點冷。

👎The check-in experience is very bad! The location is far from the beach, the room is very small and smells! Low cost performance! There are plenty of choices on the beach for similar prices! The service is also very irregular. After arriving at the store at noon, I was asked to wait until the afternoon to check in, but when I came back a few hours later, I was told that the room was full and there was no choice. Later, I queued in the laundry room for 2 hours before I could wash my clothes. While queuing for the dryer, I encountered a queue jumper. Then several staff members arrived, but they did not do justice and no one cared. There was surveillance but they did not find out the truth. It was very annoying! The service experience is very bad, bad review👎

Hidden charges not disclosed in the booking websit

During checkin, hotel staff asked for US$89/room amenity fee which was out of my expectation. No room clean up for the second day even I requested when I returned from outside. No breakfast was provided, just snack and canned drinks.

parking issues

We did not park at the 3rd night, but the staff insist on charging of the day. We just came back all the way from Big Island, and we didn't even rent a car, However we still had to pay it because of 7 days of parking fees had been charged in advance. Smells of the carpet could be improved

Parking is horrible, cockockroaches, more cockroac

It was straight out of a nightmare. from the traffic to get to it, took half an hour to go 1 block due to the Spam Jam, to the "parking" that is really only valet and hard find and to get into, a very tight ramp. The cockroaches were everywhere even during the day. They came in and sprayed te cockroaches, even on the dishes and left. Only for more to crawl out from under the bed... And bedbugs? Yes they have those to. As we were trying to take a picture of the bedbug, another cockroach crawled across the bed! We asked for another room and was told it was completey full. We left and spent the night in our car, myself, husband and 3 kids! Would not send my worst enemy there. Asked for my money back and was told i had to go through hotels.com but that they would not dispute it. Found out today hotels.com said they will not refund the money. Absolutely unacceptable. And for hotels.com to allow this? I have stayed in many hotels...and this is by far the worst! I have never had to leave a hotel and sleep in my car before. I live in the country and am comfortable with bugs...but not cockroaches and bedbugs in my bed! I would post pictures but it will not let me add them.

Experience was really poor. I had booked a deluxe king suite. The room they provided us was dingy, the balcony on top of some air turbines that made it Soo loud you couldn't step out. Three fridge didn't work and leaked water. Had to call them 3 times and 4 hours to get a fan I. The room, we were okay with most of these inconveniences. The final straw was there was a cockroach in the room and had to complain and change rooms. Would not stay here again. They charge a 34$ resort fee for no amenities double the places we stayed at that offered a gym and a lounge

Horrível e decepcionante!

O hotel informava que oferecia cafe da manha e que tinha ar condicionado. O café da manha oferecido era um pacote de biscoito chips, uma barra de cereal e 2 sucos enlatados. O ar condicionado nao estava funcionando em nenhuma das acomodações do hotel. Segundo os próprios colaboradores, não funciona a muito tempo. Cobraram $100,00 para o período do Estacionamento que dizia que a propriedade oferecia para os hóspedes. Fizemos as reclamações pedindo desconto por causa dos transtornos e não o deram.

We had a very nice time in waikiki. We do not tend

Attention: this is the older hawaiian hotel in the heart of waikiki. Very affordable and the staff are excellent. The only problem was the air-conditioned in the whole hotel, That broke down. We took everything in stride and use the fan. Left our door open.I thought it wasn't that bad. My wife mentioned to me. Remember, you're on vacation.Take a chill pill.

AC was not working since we arrived and everyday staff tells us it will be fixed tomorrow but AC was not fixed for entire 10 days stay. Left and AC was still not working. Attempted to open sliding doors for air but can smell cigarette and cannabis. Room was missed and not cleaned. No tolietries or towels given.
