Apartment was as described, same as pictures, a little on the small side but lovely all the same. Incredible stay and very secure hotel! It's right next to the Bullring shopping centre, so perfect location. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Room was really clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The curtains are blackout and it's completely silent at night time! The bathroom is amazing with really good water pressure too. Fully equipped kitchen and a separate door to kitchen - which is a bonus. Room was warm which was amazing! Would recommend 10/10 and will stay here again if i'm in Birmingham.
