Rob was great, the landscaped grounds were beautiful and provided a relaxing atmosphere to hang out, drink coffee, or sneak in a little work time. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am.

Darling place. Relaxed atmosphere. In the evening we sat outside chatting with other guests. It was early May so too early for the pool but it looked cute. Price was right. Only complaint was no coffee in the room and community coffee didn’t start until nine. If you’re early risers, bring a small keurig and coffee pods with you. Or drive to the gas station.

Nice renovated roadside motel with beautiful property and pool and friendly, informative staff. Rooms are small as old roadside motel rooms are, but nicely furnished and it was quiet when we were there. Would definitely return!

This was a beautiful property in which the owner, Retro Rob, has done everything right to make your stay welcoming and relaxing. The rooms are simple but you have everything you could need and more. And you can use the $1 bus service, the Interurban, to go all over Saugatuck/Douglas.
