Very bad hotel. The only positive thing was the location. It is close to Bryant Park, Broadway, Macy's and subway stations. The elevator system was a joke. A hotel where every day, at any time, we waited more than 20 minutes for the elevators to arrive. And when they opened the doors, most of the time they were already full. They stopped on every floor. It seemed like only one was working. There were lines all the time for the elevator. We had to go down from the 26th floor many times because the elevator never arrived and when it did, it was always full. We saw several people going down the stairs with suitcases because they couldn't wait for the elevators several times. Terrible breakfast. We paid for the stay with breakfast. Expensive stay. For the price we paid, we expected something better. No variety, bad, low-quality food. The dedicated space (4th floor) was very small. The hotel has more than 30 floors. It does not have the structure to receive the amount of guests it receives. Endless lines at breakfast time. We had to wait standing in a small space for 40 minutes to be able to sit down and try to eat. We gave up twice and went to eat breakfast outside the hotel. Hilton brand has fallen a lot. Or this hotel is not in the least bit capable of having the Hilton brand attached to its name.
