The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. The bed linens are old, the towels are thread bear, the walls need to be painted, the tiles going into the bathroom are broken. We had to be moved to a downgraded room because of a maintenance issue, and now they won’t respond to my requests for a refund for the difference in price. When we checked out, the nice front desk person said “good luck with that, they don’t care”. And she was right.
