Once we figured out how to use the self check in system, which was a tad annoying, the rest of the stay was great. It is true the walls are thin, but we didn't have obnoxious neighbours and that was advertised. The location is great, the room was cute and it had everything we needed for a good price. Would recommend.

Abracadabra.

Good friendly communications after booking, was a bit apprehensive after booking realising you had to download an app which would be the access keys to the building and apartment. In the event, this was smoother than I thought. The room itself was spacious, just what I had ordered with a double bed, table chairs sofa bed, good amount of plugs, television (couldn’t find BBC World or whatever the equivalent is these days) so didn’t use. Bathroom clean, tidy, reasonable size. Nice wardrobe with sufficient bedding and towels if there were more guests. Only thing what was missing was a kettle which could have been handy. Supermarket Dia nearby. The Sol Metro and Renfe was about 1 mile away or 1.6km. Thank you to the hosts.

We booked for five days and couldn’t stay not even one . False advertisement. They don’t have any private bathrooms as stated for extra cost and upgrade and they don’t have any rooms on the first floor and no elevator or ramp for handicap people or even to take up all your luggage’s definitely not a suite . The modern technology of using bluetooth might be convenient for remote management but is a disaster if ones phone battery dies. We had to let in other tenants more than once. Management staff were very friendly and the cleani g ladies were excellent
