All in all it was great. Not ideal was that the mattress was pretty worn out, something I def. would not expect from a 4* star hotel. Als were the bed sheets replaced even though we did not put the card on the bed where it says we will decide...only if we put the card on the bed the sheets will be replaced. Seems like green washing if not sticking to their sustainability rules... The buffet is good - lots of choices (great bread at breakfast) and there is always something else available (dinner), just some details: - Breakfast: Orange Juice/Drinks are at about room temperature, they could at least be cooled a little bit. Scrambled eggs are tasteless/horrible! Probably stretched and at least use a bit of salt!! - Dinner: Also partly rather tasteless, simply no spices being used. Probably target audience rather people 60+ that like it less salted etc...still it could have some more flavour! (also especially as we are in spain, a paella needs to taste line a paella). Again, overall really good, pretty warm and fresh. Recommend this hotel.

Mi marido y yo nos quedamos en el hotel para pasar un fin de semana largo a principios de mayo. El hotel esta en perfecta condiciones, todo muy limpio y las habitaciones muy modernas. El buffet espectacular en el desayuno y en la cena y habia muchisima variedad. Todo el staff del hotel son muy amables y simpáticos y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Lo único que nos fallo fue el tiempo que hacia un pelin de frío pero aún asi pudimos relajar. La unica pena es que no haya playa cerca!

Hôtel calme extrêmement propre dans quartier calme en hauteur de puerto de la cruz avec facilité de se garer gratuitement autour. Personnel très serviable, souriant et poli. Les femmes de ménages, au bar, à la piscine, à l'accueil, quelques personnels au restaurant(les dames, le petit jeune, les cuistos, le responsable). Nourriture bonne, soirées agréables. Piscine avec serviettes et coussins à disposition. Possibilité d'y aller sans vraiment d'horaires de restrictions. Hôtel très beau et très arboré. Accueil très réactif pour nous changer de chambre suite à un problème dans celle initiale. Merci pour ce très agréable et reposant séjour.

Cet hôtel mérite ses notes excellente. C'est beau, reposant, d'une propreté irréprochable, le personnel est très accueillant. Les repas de type buffet présente un large choix. Le menu est différent chaque jour et l'ensemble est de qualité. Petit point de détail: les boissons ne sont pas comprises dans le repas mais les tarifs sont très raisonnable. Assurément un très bel établissement.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår tvåveckorsvistelse. Rymligt rum med utmärkta förvaringsutrymmen och som städades varje dag. Bra att dela med väninna (separata sängar (intill varandra) och ordentligt privat badrum). Stor balkong som även hade torkställning. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Hotellet ligger, i vårt tycke utmärkt, i utkanten av La Paz-området. Det är lugnt och bra som utgångspunkt för bilutfärder (nära större väg – utan att den stör – och parkeringsplatser inom maximalt något kvarter om man inte vill använda hotellets garage). Dock ska man vara medveten om att brant ner till centrala Puerto de la Cruz (fin promenad längs havet om man går en liten omväg) och svag stigning även fram till närmaste centrum med restauranger och lokalbuss (max 10 minuters promenad i lugn takt). Hotellet har shuttlebuss till och från centrum vissa tider och taxi är billigt. Glöm inte att ta med schampo, balsam och hudlotion (gick inte att få ifjol; i år var vi förberedda så vet inte men det fanns inte i badrummet). Och säg till i receptionen om ni vill få behålla badrockarna även sista natten.
