We brought our children to the Virgin Islands and wanted to introduce them to Olga’s Fancy. We love staying here. Candy and Eddie always make us feel welcomed and like family.

the room i booked had a roach in it, can of raid should have told me everything! now i know why the room was so cheap! i'll take the blame for that! also was only told about 20 steps to the outside lobby, not the other 40 to get to the room! also were not informed about a local festival that was going on the night of our stay, loud horrible music blared all night and all next day!! couldn't sleep as it sounded like it was at the bottom of all those steps!!!! never again!!!

We were never told until day before there were 30-40 steps to our rooms and no bellhop service . Roaches in the room . Concrete floors ! We were also never told of festival and the loud loud music all through the night and into the morning . Basically , information hidden just to get booking . I want a refund . No sleep at all . Worst stay I’ve ever had in my 68 years

Olga's Fancy is a gem in St. Thomas. The sisters who run it are friendly and helpful. Recommend packing light as there are a lot of stairs on the property. Olga's is a no frills hotel that offers a unique charm. I'd stay here again for a stop over in St. Thomas.

The location was perfect! It is at a quiet peaceful end of town right on the water, just a short walk to the ferry terminal. Candy was a wonderful host with lots of good recommendations and the restaurant next door (Oceana) was delicious with amazing views and more wonderful people. (Seems to book up fast so reservations recommended.) The harbor view room was perfect for our parents with just two steps to the door. We took sea view rooms which were up several flights of stairs, but not challenging as long as your luggage is not too big. For breakfast we walked to the frenchtown deli and cofeeshop, a unique spot and everyone there was also very warm and friendly and the food was delicious! We were only there one night, but would definitely stay there again!

Olga's Fancy was the best play to both start and end the day in St. Thomas. From it's amazing views to it's incredible service, Olga's feels like the nice little island home you always hope for. Candy and Eddie were great and shout out to Mama the Cat for always saying hello in the morning! I will definitely be back again!

The staff were always helpful and accomodating to us. The pool is nice and clean. The restaurant on the property Oceana has very good food and drinks, but expensive and they are not usually open until 5 pm.( not a huge deal) There are other places to walk and get a drink and food. The hotel owners were helpful when we needed a taxi.

Lots and lots of stairs. Rooms where plain, clean but plain. Lighting was not sufficient. Shower was dark, no where to put soap, shampoo etc except on the shower floor. Towels were small and thin. Bed was comfy. No coffee maker in the room… had to go down lots and lots of stairs for a cup.. then back up stairs to get to room. Didn’t even want coffee the 2nd morning Probably would not return

We stayed at Olga’s Fancy for one night following our week long stay on St. John. We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful spot. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The pool onsite was great. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio in the morning and watching the boats on the water. It was fabulous to be within walking distance to great places to eat as well: Oceana for drinks overlooking the water, French Quarter Bistro for a delicious dinner, and Frenchtown Deli for brunch. It was all wonderful. We will be back.
