appalling hotel

The most appalling hotel we have stayed at. Absolutely disgusting. Not cleaned properly. kitchen tap sprays out towards you. No hot water. All 5 of us couldn't shower. Daughter went in warm shower for it to turn freezing. Non smoking rooms but stank of cigarettes. Nobody to contact to get the boiler issue sorted. At check out the reception guy finally showed up who said I should have phoned him. He forgot to give us the phone number!! The number on hotels.com is incorrect. When we arrived we were told that we would have to go to another hotel as it was overbooked. Only after I complained did they allow us to stay. the toilet brush was disgusting.

Don't bother staying here

Quick Summary. Horrible area, if your a group of boys who are confident you will be ok. Loads of "hoodies"hang around outside although they never gave us trouble, if they did it would of been a miss match as we all like to hit to gym and in decent shape! I got the feeling though would cause issues if you was in a tiny group or on your own. Shower hardly had any water so you had to run a bath. 2 of the 3 beds were broke although they were clean. Horrible damp smell which would not go. McDonald's milkshake which looked like from 2009 was left in the fridge in one of the bedrooms. As a group of boys who travel around loads for different night life we normally just care about having a bed to sleep in, seeing as 2 of the 3 beds were broke and the apartment stunk I would not stay here again.

The apartment was not even worth £120.00 as it was only worth of £50.00 because the floor was so dirty and sticky, the bedsheets, cushions were dirty, the fridge was so dirty, the washrooms were not clean as the screws were lying in the bathroom. It was so far away from central London if we have to pay so much that is also so far away from central London and not even nice rooms then why we not stay in central London that is about this much of price. In past we had booked through Expedia but never got so bad rooms but this time not happy at all. Will never recommend to others to book through Expedia if it is this kind of rooms.

The toilet was broken and the apartment smelled.we were told it was accommodation gorgeous 6 people yet there were only 2 double beds which means even with 2 Adults and 3 Children we could not fit everyone in for a sleep
