Very cozy place for a last min stay cabins outside could be updated alittle but the inside was perfect very andirondack feel. Easy check in ,easy check out. Very quiet location. Convenient location only suggestion maybe offer small shampoo and conditioner with the soap. We forgot our and had to go find a store.they also have grills available, you just need charcoal. Great place for your next visit. This will be our go to when we go to concerts.

When we arrived, there was nobody in the office, the key was left in an envelope taped to the office door. The room was really small, did not smell good and did not look very clean. The television had streaks all over it, we cleaned it ourselves. The bottom of the shower did not look good, we ended up showering with our sandals on. There was only one towel for 2 people and only body soap available, no shampoo. The water pressure was miserable and it took forever to actually have hot water. At least the sheets were clean, however the bed was way too soft and uncomfortable. We also saw humidity bugs crawling around. We didn’t want to walk barefoot or leave anything on the floor.

I stayed here with my sister as an alternative to staying in downtown Saratoga Springs and loved the price, and location. It's an easy 15-minute drive outside of Saratoga, and the cabin is knotty pine, comfortable, and simple. I'd stay here again for my next visit. The host checked in on us with a text asking if all was satisfactory - a nice touch.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!! Keys taped to glass when we arrived. Pulled up to the cabin, the front window was broken and the remaining windows were boarded up with plywood. The smell that came from the room when I opened the door was that of mold, mildew, regret and death. i stepped in the room, saw several mouse poop's on the bed and then when i examined the floor, it was covered with evidence of many mice. As I looked around the room, a mouse ran out from the closet to climb under the bed. I WAS OUT! I called the phone number, no answer. Knocked on office door, no answer. the place was a ghost town. I went online and found another place to stay 30 minutes north. I have never received a call back, no response to my email messages....No refund. This is a zero star "resort" and should be condemned. Shame to those who own it!!!!

Property is a no frills motel but it’s clean and close to Saratoga Race Track. Was only there one night and for the price you can’t beat it. Only complaint is that tv remote did not work. Other than it was a a good stay for the price.
