Disappointing
The room we were assigned did not have a window, and I don't remember requesting that or being asked if we wanted that. We didn't complain about it, though, but were disappointed to find multiple outlets not working in the room and the TV had a very blue picture. We called to report the issues and were offered a different room (also without a window). The new room was even worse, with no hot water in the shower, a toilet that ran constantly and a sink that wouldn't drain at all. We decided to just deal with those issues because we really didn't want to move again. Originally, we were told we'd get 10K Bonvoy points for our troubles, but we were only given 2,500. Just overall disappointing all around and we probably won't choose to stay here again. Also, there is $20 overnight self-parking right next door, but the hotel doesn't tell you about that. They instead want to charge you $40 (much higher than the confirmation said) to park further down the street.
