This apartment is a scam! I arrived here from the airport just to find out there is no room waiting for you. The front desk does not know anything about your itinerary and good luck getting a hold of the so called owner! Terrible experience which I will be taking high up and I want a full refund because I was not able to check into this apartment at all

The service was HORRIBLE!! from the check in they didn't have our reservation, and we have to find a phone numer to call the owner of thr appartment. Nobody told us that we have to pay extra for the cleaning. The place is beautiful but as i said, the horrible service and communications problems, made a bad experience for us.

This property is much older then appear on the pictures with old uncomfortable furniture, broken appliances inside and small coaches! Manager is disorganized and can't communicate in English even via online translator. They misplaced our reservation and it took them 5 hours to check us in.

It is a nice property in a good location. The problem is that we booked the reservation late in the day on the same day and they did not recognize us as guests when we arrived. We had to go through a lot of hassle to fix this problem. Then when they needed to collect payment for the addition charges after the applied points, they only accepted cash, which is not standard for a facility of this caliber and location designed to rent to tourists.
