我喜歡有天窗的房間。床單和地毯也很乾淨。只是浴室淋浴間有黃漬，床頭櫃的抽屜裡還有似乎前一個旅客遺留下來用剩的咖啡和糖包，這些清潔細節需要再加強。如果可以再提供旅客吹風機和掛大衣的勾勾或桿子就好囉！

The place is horrendous but you get what you pay for. Check in was easy and bed was clean and comfortable but that’s about it. Single glazed windows where two were stuck open (I stayed in November 29th!) If you literally need somewhere dry to sleep for a few hours after a night out in Manchester for dirt cheap I would recommend though.

Terrible. Dirty, stained carpets, tatty room given (not what we booked). Over priced-cost us £200 for three adults. Male attempted to gain access to our room by asking for a cup of water! Avoid at all costs. Unsafe for females! A number of long term males residing there

What was there to like? We paid alot of money for the room that was nothing like the pictures. There were holes in the wall, which was not surprising, since everyone probably take out on the wall out of anger when they book the room and then get this "room" if you can call it that just because it has walls. The 1 towel per 2 guests was dirty with skidmarks, heatkettle was full of water with dirty pieces in it, the door to the room were 5 cm above the ground, and the shared bathroom was just another complete shock. Never imagined that accomondation could be in such a disgraceful state

The picture was deceiving, the twin room was completely opposite to what was shown in the picture. Two single beds were cramped together to make twin room, room was very tiny with a table and side drawers, very limited space, no bins in the room, tv was dated, holes on walls, climbing stairs was spooky, hand rails falling off, toilet seat wobbly and broken, shower cubicle very dirty and mildew growing, all carpets dirty and smelly. I will not go there again, it wasn’t worth my money. I will be happy if my money was refunded to me.

I wouldnt take the wife and kids here, very poor.

The overall was in very poor condition and it was far too expensive for the standard. Ive stayed in bad hotels in my life but this one is my top 5 worst hotels ive ever stayed in. I went with a mate but i definitely wpuld not take my wife and kids. Its ok for somewhere to get your head down for a night but not worth the money we paid. Either fix the place up or lower the price. It makes Blackpool B&Bs look good. There was a gentleman outside doing what looked like a handy man doing something whilst wearing what looked like a stab vest with a can of stella in the afternoon. There was holes in the walls, the door handles were brokwn and generally just not very good. Fortunately myself and mate managed to find it funny and made our day how poor the place is. I would not request this place for anyone wanting somewhere nice to stay.

Ideally situated for public transportation into city centre. Numerous eateries situated within foot. No food available. Rather run down and seedy. Limited reception staff hours. Close to children’s nursery. Security an issue.

Did the job

Place was nice and quaint. Service for the shared bathroom is once a day and was adequate. The room was kind of old though and needed maintenance. Good place to stay if looking for the practical abd bare minimum amenities.
