This hotel sits right at the “Kurpark” in Bad Mergentheim. Many of the neighbors are specialty clinics helping people with various illnesses. The quietness and easy pace of the locale is expressed in the hotel as well. The property is well maintained and the personnel is friendly and effective. The breakfast buffet is really good. I heartily recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel but a bit dated. The pool was nice. The location is great. Lovely walk into the town centre. There is no air conditioning so had to have to balcony doors open and it was quite noisy. The main issue was the fold down bed was missing 2 slats right in the middle which made it very uncomfortable. Mentioned it to the staff in the morning and didn’t even get an apology - they just noted it down. Good, extensive breakfast. Bad Mergentheim is a lovely town - highly recommend a visit.

Bad Mergentheim's Gem

We stayed here because we were attending a family party in a nearby village. While the decor might be a little outdated, the hotel is very clean, has a bar open night, and a free breakfast with a wide variety of offerings that would put any US hotel to shame! We had a suite which also had a huge balcony, big windows to open for fresh air and plenty of space to move around. Highly recommend!

I'm sorry, but the service in the Bar/The terrace was inadequat. As soon as I get to know that a concert with 5,000 guests (a lot of staying a the hotel) takes place, I'm prepared for a proper bar service after the concerts when the fans drop in. This was not the case and a lot of guests were disappointed.

Bonjour, J'ai réservé cet hôtel en raison de la piscine qui est en photo sur votre site. Il s'agit de publicité mensongère, car cette piscine n'est pas celle de l'hôtel. Il y a bien un piscine mais beaucoup moins belle et assez froide. De plus le sommier de mon était cassé et un place de bois était placée en réparation de fortune.. Ma fille s'est blessée car la plance dépassait du lit. Je demande à être remboursé.

Das Hotelzimmer entspricht nicht dem, was auf der Buchungsplattform versprochen wird. Das Hotel ist sehr alt und abgewohnt, die Schränke sind beschädigt, die Badezimmer haben Schimmel in der Dusche, die Betten sind alt und unbequem. Der Pool ist dunkel und stark veraltet, die Sauna ist relativ klein und es gibt nur eine, zudem funktionieren die Duschen nicht richtig. Die meisten Fotos auf der Buchungsseite haben nichts mit dem aktuellen Zustand des Hotels zu tun, da sie retuschiert sind. Dadurch entsteht der Eindruck, dass das Hotel in einem guten Zustand ist. Für 120 € pro Nacht ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine umfassende Renovierung, die dem Standard von 2025 entspricht. Es eignet sich eher für Personen, die sich in den angrenzenden Kliniken einer Kur unterziehen, ist jedoch für Geschäftsreisende nicht zu empfehlen. Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund des angebotenen Preises niemandem empfehlen.

Zu den Toiletten hin wird der Geruch unerträglich), wenig einladend. Der Pool ist trist, man fühlt sich nicht willkommen. Hier riecht es auch etwas. Im Hotelzimmer selbst stehen alte Möbel, es ist sauber. Tasche für den Pool- Saunabereich ist da, Bademantel gegen kleine Gebühr.
