I cannot say it was dirty but it was dusty, things were never moved to clean under an object. But I loved the space in general! The old house! The convenience! The furnishings! The kitchen space! The patio outside the room! Walk to anywhere you needed to go! Spacious parking!

Ripped carpet with nails sticking out that I stepped on, bathroom sink clogged, spa bath obviously not used in a while and chunky bits came out of pumps. Very basic and not clean at all... Not even a power point near bed... Will never stay there again

The queen spa unit was rather small and not very pleasurable to stay. Lots of noise, doors opening and closing, everything echoed even the noise outside. 3 lights only one worked. Cleanliness was not at all up to par. Spa bath small and discoloration. Dust everywhere. I would look to stay only if i was kicked out of home and had no option.

The beds were very comforting. But the bed sheeds were dirty, and my whole Body iched. There was mold at the bathroom and the toilett was broken.

I actually think it was ok for the money- not many other choices at this price in central Wellington over a busy holiday period. The sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. I slept well. However, I do think the cleaning could be more vigilant- the shower curtain could be washed more regularly and I went to pick up something I dropped so noticed the accumulation of dust, etc under the bed.

Parking was challenging, reception charged us an additional fee to park despite our high room cost and the vacancy at the motel. The room was not clean, mold above the shower and in the tile grout. Hair and a contact lens still in the shower basin. Toilet seat not secured and roll holder was barely attached to the wall, vanity shelf was not level Room smelled musty, ceiling pants was peeling and not all windows opened for ventilation. We had room 42. Very disappointed, but the location was convenient to downtown.

When entering the building all I could smell was cigarette smoke, my wife said it smelt of fart. Everything in the room was sticky, the shower curtain was mouldy, and the walls were damaged. Outside was the sound of people smoking, fighting and coughing up lung. We were there 10 minutes before we booked a new hotel. We couldn’t stay it didn’t feel safe.

Never got to stay. I wanted to transfer the booking to another date a month later due to making an error. Expedia let saying that the hotel would not refund the money, which I didn't want to do anyway and the hotel would change the date nor offer any other acceptable outcome. Very unhelpful from Expedia and the hotel, luckily it was only $75 but Kiwi's do not like this lack of service and my review may cost you more than my booking.
