Plastic and paper cups in the rooms, yuck, and not at all eco-friendly!
Toilet paper was 1 ply, seriously sad, had to go buy our own, it was that awful!
Very, very noisy, needs double glazing and something under the hallway door, ended up stuffing a towel under the gap which helped a little. Nothing you can do regarding the truck reversing beeping noises most of the night though.
Extremely convenient position and comfortable bed, but the lifts were slow, sometimes had to wait over 5 minutes to catch one and we were only on the 8th floor.
Great staff, very pleasant and extremely helpful.
Shame they charge $10 a day for a microwave, if you're staying awhile it makes it very expensive and the room rate and resort rate are already fairly steep for this old, revamped hotel.
We paid for a side room with a glimpse of the sea, hahaha that was pretty ridiculous to pay for as the glimpse was a sliver of blue only.
All in all an ok place to stay, although as mentioned above, improvements could be made.
