Everything was as it should be beautiful views Aircon was very cold. Staff was so friendly do enough for you and most of all it was lovely and quiet the odd aeroplane but that’s how we all get there so no problem whatsoever definitely return another time 🙌🙌

Lovely place to stay. Great service and very friendly. There is an on site cafe which to be fair I only used once for breakfast but although the presentation was good, I left most of it - not nice at all.

La chambre n’avez pas un aspect très propre, de plus l’annonce est très trompeuse on avais optez pour une chambre avec piscine et vue mer mais finalement c’est juste la vue sur la piscine et la mer… le climatiseur qui ne marche pas j’appelle le monsieur de la réception dès qu’il viens il me dit que ça marche alors que c’était juste de l’air chaud. On vous Mdemande un deposit de 500 bath pour avoir la clef de la chambre. Bref très déçu. La seule bonne chose est la vue de la chambre

We had the side ocean view room, and it was renovated, clean and very comfy. They didn't let us check in early, and service was kind of slow, but everyone was friendly. We had a very easy pool and ocean access, and we really enjoyed our stay!

The hot water didnt work and, the pool was a busy area, so if you dont want people seeing in your room you have to draw the shades closed. Not enought light in the room, we left after ten minutes.

The Mermaid is a great place to stay especially for an entry and exit strategy to the islands of Thailand! Close to the airport Good food and cocktails! We stayed in a pool and ocean view room. Super clean and shiny, great bed, great air con, great medium sized infinity pool, we loved Bangrak! It is very under rated and stayed 3 nights at the Mermaid to finish up a 3 week visit to 5 locations. Oh and I almost forgot it’s cheap as chips compared to where we live! Shout out to Samui Mermaid
