I'd like to give this property a high rating - and could, if it wasn't for one major point: the air quality in the room was so bad (damp, humid, mildewy) that my husband and I found ourselves sick with a respiratory issue the very first morning after sleeping there. We turned off the A/C, opened patio, kept fan on in bathroom, etc. but still woke up to damp clothes and linens. The spaces themselves are huge, and well designed with great amenities (washer/dryer was awesome to have for a long trip). The pool and bar area were wonderful too. Checkin staff was just ok, not super friendly or helpful, and I had to ask for things for the room a few times (coffee pods were never delivered after days of asking). Bellhop was great too. In summary: if you're not sensitive to air quality, this could be a wonderful stay, but it was an absolute deal-breaker for us in ever staying here or recommending SLS LUX in the future.
