Great boutique hotel in perfect location.

Excellent hotel and great customer service. The view from the restaurant on the roof is amazing, highly recommend their Turkish breakfast option. It’s in a pedestrian zone, no cars driving by, so you will need to roll your suitcases for about half a block but they help with that too, if you ask.

Stayed at Wings for 3 days from 18th till 21st. The employees day and night were extremely nice and helpful. They make our stay easier. The place is close to everything. Its also 10 to 15 mins walk to Galata tower.

Good hotel overall. The staff are amazing! The only couple of things that would require attention are: - on each floor, there is an air purifier with a certain scent - the scent is quite intense and I believe a lot of people do not like it, including me. Even the staff does not like it. Would be great to just have a clean air without any smell. - AC didn’t work properly throughout our stay. Staff couldn’t fix it. Maybe a technical department shall evaluate it. Regardless, the stay was very pleasant.

Great Views!

Fabulous hotel with wonderful views of the Bosphorus. The breakfast on the upper Terrace have beautiful views and the food is excellent. Maybe, my favorite hotel breakfast. Each meal is custom made! The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. It would be my first choice for any future visits to Istanbul. Location is very convenient and hotel is very quiet.

Another great location to stay when visiting Istanbul. Shopping and restaurants so close and an excellent location if you are joining a cruise. The cruise port is just down the street. T1 train was very convenient way to get around.

The staff at the hotel are so incredibly helpful and friendly - went above and beyond. The room was good but felt a few things needed fixing I.e the shower door did not close fully, the fridge light would randomly start flashing at night. The rooms were nice and clean but did feel a little dated and could do with a bit more attention to detail. The location is great and lots of restaurants close by. It was lovely to walk along the pier each day. Also easy to walk to the old town and didn’t need to get a taxi anywhere. Service was excellent but rooms can be improved. Overall very happy with our stay in this little boutique hotel.

Great location, very close to the ferry station and tramway as well as some of the nicest restaurants in Galata Port. Its 8 minutes away from Galata Tower. All staff working at the hotel including the front desk staff, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in the future.

Location is the key. The Wings hotel is beachfront hotel with walking distance to Tramvay, Galataport Cruise terminal and Promenade, Shopping Mall, endless restaurants. Hotel has own restaurant on a roof terrace with delicios food and great city view. Friendly and helpfull staff. Excellent view on Bosphorus from the window.

The staff was not only friendly but went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of during our stay. From restaurant recommendations and room service and everything in between. When our fight was delayed, they helped us with luggage and transportation as well. The location was close to Galata Tower, the bridge and a tram. Our room was clean and spacious with a water view. The bed was comfortable too. The rooftop bar had a great view and a fantastic Turkish Breakfast. Thanks for a lovely time.
