The property was filthy and not cleaned for us. We reached out several times to the host and property management team and didn’t receive a response ! We are extremely dissatisfied

Tiring expérience
We could not communicate with hotel.com or the owner, even though we paid for the apartment in advance. We stayed outside for about two hours because he did not send us a code to enter the apartment. It was a really tiring experience and we did not know the reason.
