Hard to arrive. Nothing close to the hotel. Smell smoke on the hallway of the hotel. Clean room.

The room was dirty, small and outdated, and there were a number of different colored hair strands on my sheets. It felt very gross, I checked out early and found a new hotel, especially after I saw multiple reports of bed bugs at the hotel in the last 3 months.

Bon accueil, rapide et agréable. La chambre était conforme a la description mais nous avons eu une lumière qui s'allumait toute seule en pleine nuit, même en cachant le capteur automatique. Le reste était bien mais le quartier n'est pas top, nous rentrions toutes les nuits en Uber

No estaba tan limpio

Cuando vimos el anuncio comentaban que esta cerca del metro, pero no está tan cerca y las calles son bastante solitarias. La habitación no estaba limpia, la Cama tenía manchas y quemaduras de cigarro en las sábanas. Las almohadas y la cama en general son muy incómodas.

Not great not terrible

Overall, I think this hotel is a good choice. I had to switch rooms twice—my first room was on the first floor with windows that wouldn’t close, and the second room had an AC that didn’t cool properly. Aside from these issues, the location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, and my experience was generally positive. With some improvements to maintenance, this could be an outstanding stay.

Odd way to run business

It wasnt bad, the issue with that hotel is there ws hardly anyone at the front desk. They had a phone number at the desk that no one ever answered. Luckily another guests saw me waiting and informed me to go across the street as the receptionists runs both hotels by themselves.

Chambre propre au delà de ce qu’on attendais le seul truc est que l’hôtel est mal situé transport un peux long pour allez en centre ville aussi non tout est parfait le services le lit super confortable et la possibilité de prendre des bain avec la baignoire est agréable

Affordable

Great service, Queens is a little spicy..locals told us to watch out, and keep our belongings safe.. poor area, doesn’t mean people are automatically bad..they just gotta eat. If you’re scared, dont go. If not? Then why not? Cheap, 10 minutes from train. Give it a go.

Weird cash deposit required, super inconvenient.

Did not enjoy, hotel was fine, disliked the cash deposit especially since I reserved in advanced and paid in full ahead of time. Area was not the best. Would not recommend.

Great hotel

The trip was amazing the hotel was great especially for the price. It was clean and quiet coffee shop right next door and not to far from subway. The bed was a little small to be a queen but other than that everything else was great.
