"The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Shinjuku which we really liked. The room has all the amenities we need although it’s quite small. Staff service was excellent. Breakfast was frozen food that had to be microwaved, but was tasty especially the soup and Japanese option. There are food options and family marts nearby. From the hotel, we could either take the bus to Shinjuku west station or the subway. Overall happy with our stay and would stay there again. "

"This is my usual hotel for tokyo stay. The hotel is linked to sunshine city and connecting malls. Lots of food options, nearby supermarket, airport limousine stop and tokyo characters store. 10mins walk to Ikebukuro Station and have quite a few major lines. Room size is alright. Overall would stay if travel to Tokyo."

"Great hotel in an ideal location, Shin-Okubo was a lively area with great Korean food. Room had all the amenities needed for a city break. Really appreciated the good quality shampoo, conditioner and face wash. "

"Second time booking at Knot. First was during Tokyo Marathon. I will book again when I visit Tokyo. It may be a bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station but the place is not chaotic which I prefer. The restaurant at the second floor is very good too aside from the bread they sell at the lobby. "

"Rooms were average for Tokyo but neat and clean. The breakfast was efficient, easy and had good variety. The area is quiet at nighttime keeping noise down but remains safe. The hotel is well situated to the subway and JR lines."
