"I absolutely LOVE this hotel. Stayed there twice, and when I come back to Bangkok will stay there again. There is nothing bad to say about it. Keep in mind it is a 5 star, so have the budget if you want to do it, but LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!"

"Staff at front desk is nice however the entire hotel is outdated and falling apart - had an executive room, sink, toilet barely functioning, lost electricity a few times, windows full of mold and humidity. Definitely other better options in Bangkok. "

"Nice room and a great view! The hotel is slightly harder to reach except if you take the water taxi (which is super affordable at 12 baht, but make sure to keep operating hours in check) or a Bolt. It is close to a lot of local clothing shops, and I loved that it was right above a Seven Eleven. I would definitely choose it again a next time."

"This is a perfect choice for a riverside property in Bangkok. We used the boat shuttle with frequency to nearby ICONSIAM and enjoyed the hotel's buffet immensely. Our corner suite was endlessly entertaining to watch busy river "traffic", and the staff knew our names by the second day so we always felt appreciated."
