"Very convenient place to stay and within walking distance near local tourist sites"

"While we stayed there for one night for a concert it was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. We arrived at 3pm, a young man checked us in we went to our room dropped all of our stuff off and left around 5pm for the concert. When we arrived back at 11:50pm we could not enter our room since our key cards weren’t working. We went back down stairs to find out the same gentleman who gave us our room also PUT ANOTHER PERSON IN IT. The individuals luckily were nice and honest people. I left my purse and all my belongings in my room and so did my significant other including his wallet with the assumption that our stuff is safe in our hotel room. Guess not, these other people went into our room with a key card given to them by the hotel staff and turned around went back down stairs and advised the staff of the situation. Had it been someone else they could have stolen all of our stuff! There was no heat no matter how much we turned the heat up and our key cards stopped working multiple times so we had to go back down and get new ones. Will never ever stay at these hotels again. Terrible. "

"The spa was beautiful, but the massage was such a disappointment. Six women away on a girls trip and 4 of us had the worst massages we’ve ever received. It became laughable when we shared our stories- one masseuse didn’t massage one persons arm, my masseuse rubbed my back in a small circle in the same place with one hand for like 20 mins, then she kept dripping massage oil on my face by accident, one was given an entirely different massage altogether than what they paid for, and multiple masseuse only used one hand to massage!? I can’t make this up. We assumed they were texting with the other hand?? The spa staff seemed brand new, untrained and rude. The relaxation room however was beautiful. The complimentary champagne and fruit water was beautiful. Our rooms were clean, they provided nice sweatshirt type robes and slippers, and the restaurant was amazing. "

"Couldn’t even stay, was stuck at Philly airport overnight, no one would pick up phone to confirm if the room was actually available that night. No 24/7 shuttle like the listing shows, and no TSA in the middle of the night. So if I had paid for an uber to the hotel, and they turned me away, I would have been stranded for hours in the middle of the night. Now they’re arguing with me about a refund…"

"We’ve been coming to this hotel for several years and until now, always the same friendly faces. The new evening bartender is a disaster. Took over 45 minutes to get a round of drinks and THREE HOURS for dinner. They were not any more busy than usual. She was rude, unapologetic and a terrible server. She ruined this place for us, we will look elsewhere for next year."
