"It was a good experience, all the staff including frontdesk, cleaning and restaurant were very helpful. The room was clean with good facilities, free laundry services (4 washing and 4 dry machines). The breakfast was great with Chinese and western flavors. Location of the hotel is convenience, less than 70m from MTR station. will stay again"

"Took a private hire car from the airport to get there (130 RMB), as it isnt close to the Metro but once we were there, everything we needed was nearby. Hangzhou East train station is about 1 mins walk away, and there are numerous eating places next to the hotel, along with a 7-11 ao you wint go hungry. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The location is good as its near a "mall" which has many good eating options and amenities. Hotel provides pickup from nearby train station which is very helpful since its our first time to Hangzhou. Also the staff is very helpful and friendly."
