"What an amazing stay we had at Adiwana Alas Harum! Our villa was beautiful. The property was spectacular. Our morning breakfast was always a highlight of our day. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Gektin in reservations went above and beyond helping to set up a surprise for my girlfriend. Her assistance was very much appreciated. Every server we had at the restaurant was always very nice and welcoming. From the manger to the chef to the staff, we enjoyed chatting with everyone. Thank you to the entire crew for making our stay such a memorable experience. We will definitely return our next Bali vacation!"

"The property location and staff was excellent. The only concern we experienced was the use of laundry service which did not work as expected. Continues issue with washer and dryer let us loose few hours to get it done. The hotel staff did help with broken machines but the amount of time spent to get laundry done was over 4 hours. The food quality was excellent too. The staff in breakfast area was excellent and loved the reception and respect they displayed during all days stay at the hotel."
