"Our stay at this hotel was a complete letdown. It was our first time in Paris, and we chose this property primarily because of its proximity to the Eiffel Tower and its relatively low nightly rate of $342, which we felt was still quite expensive. The hotel’s website advertised light-colored, neat, and new rooms. However, upon our arrival, we were met with an old hotel and a blood-red room that was nothing like the pictures we had seen online. The website also claimed that the hotel had air conditioning, but when we inquired about getting it working, we were informed that there was no air conditioning and that we should simply open a window. The shower had almost no water pressure and leaked from the side. To top it off, the overall size of the room was extremely small, which was a stark contrast to the images we had seen online when we booked. We had reached out to Expedia to request a refund so that we could find a different property, but they informed us that the hotel would not process the refund since we had already checked in. The only redeeming feature of this hotel was the amazing café across the street. We spent every morning there, enjoying a coffee and some amazing pastries. The hotels offering of cereal and some basic eggs and bacon for 14 pounds seemed way out of line considering our daily bill for 3 at the café was around 24 pounds. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to look elsewhere. "

"The rooms were nicely kept and good amount of space. We were a family of 4 and stayed in the 1 bedroom and worked out great. The staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived too. Even letting us check in early due to an earlier then expected flight. Best part is that it's in the middle of everything with a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and metro right outside. Would recommend. "

"Excellent breakfast, beautiful view from the room. About 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. You can see Eiffel Tower right from outside the hotel entrance. Location is excellent . So close to a mall and good dining options. Staff is very helpful. They let us check in 2 hours before the check in time. "

"Room was ok and I’m glad they cleaned. But they forget to give towels when they clean. I appreciate the free filtered water and coffee but overall could have been a better experience. Staff were very friendly. It’s in a good area with lots of diverse food. "

"We loved this spot! My husband and I spent my birthday here and it was such a beautiful view in our room! We faced the Eiffel Tower. My only criticism is the rooftop bar is not worth it. Super crowded and you have to pay for VIP access to have a good view of the Eiffel Tower. Not worth the price at all. Also check in was at 2 and we arrived early there is no early check in so beware for that and plan ahead. Overall beautiful property and I would 100% come again "
