"The staff were really friendly and helpful. They give you a nice set of pyjamas for your stay and let you choose a pillow of your choice to sleep on. They even give you 5 amenities (i.e., shampoo, body wash, etc.) in travel sizes to take with you each night, so I got 20. And this was upon the amenities that were already in my room, which were kind of them. Laundry was 100 yen/£0.50p per wash, and the same price for drying, with free laundry detergent, which I absolutely loved!! They let you hang...

"This is the second year we stayed in this hotel. Location is great, right in the heart of Namba, walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Subway lines are also nearby so it’s easy to explore the city from here. Rooms are small, but that’s the norm in Japan do not a surprise. Breakfast is delicious, we chose Japanese style but they also served a western option."

"Nice and clean hotel very centrally located near Namba. Even though Toyoko Inn doesn't have the biggest rooms it was practical in its layout. If you want to go out for drinks in Namba while you're in Osaka, this hotel is very practical as all the major attractions in Namba are nearby."
