"The flat was well located but had not been fully cleaned (under the beds) . The description said there was a lift but it was in fact a half lift and acres up stairs was also required. There was very little storage as the cupboards were full of spare bed linen towels etc The flat was also noisy because the metro runs underneath and there was rumbling sounds till gone 1am and starting again at 5am "
