"Clean room, the breakfast is good. The safe in my room wasn't working. I asked to have it fixed; a staff member came by, but he didn't resolve the issue, so I remained without a working safe. As for the restaurant located within the building, the cook is terrible. I ordered the most expensive dish—risotto with filet mignon—and everything was bad: the risotto had an overpowering flavor, and the filet was completely tough and cooked well-done. In the end, I didn't eat the meat; I complained, but they showed absolutely no courtesy toward the customer. There was a singer, and they charged me a cover fee without warning me when I arrived at the restaurant. I do not recommend the restaurant. "

I was moved to a new room, and again, the latches were broken. Also in the corridor (I took several videos and photos). I have more pictures of the room's details.
