"This hotel is the most budget hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the vinyl flooring to the postage stamp sized sink to the little squares of toilet tissue. To the hard beds. You can definitely do better"

"The man at checkin was extremely helpful. He even helped us order a pizza because we arrived so late the restaurant had closed. The hotel is very convenient for the bus station which is why we stayed there. It was basic but got the job done. The bathroom door got stuck quite a bit, there was some hair in the shower drain from a previous guest. The towels were quite worn and one had a hole in it. We arrived on a late flight and had an early bus the next morning so it worked well for that. "

"Terrible service, and is not clean! My bed sheets was ripped and the top sheet had blood stains, disgusting! You won't get any blanket, just one sheet to cover yourself, no comforter either. I want to cancel my stay and book another hotel, but refused. They sent someone to change the bed sheets. They really don't care, that was the treatment I got there. I would definitely NOT go back. Plenty options around that airport."

"The shuttle that runs from the airport is every hour - it is not very helpful if you just miss the shuttle, especially at night. On the other hand Uber is easy and cheap - so all in all a good solution close to the airport. "

"The hotel was clean and well kept, very friendly people, very helpful, excellent breakfast and service! We went walking around, very safe, shopping close by! We stayed 3 nights."

"The only slight issue we encountered during our stay was one of the two panoramic lifts wasn’t working and it was taking a while to get from one floor to another. We have enjoyed our one night stay and wish we had more time to explore the property ( our flight to GRU was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 8:20pm)."

"The hotel was fine. A few places to eat right on the same block. Train station one block away, and the Train system was pretty easy to navigate. The area isn’t as sketchy as it looks from google street view. A few homeless around."
