"Novotel in Criciúma, Santa Catarina, is simply the BEST hotel in town. The hotel is newer, has a Jacuzzi, (dry) sauna, valet parking (for a fee), a nice small gym room, the bedrooms are well designed and decorated, with sound proof windows and awesome blackout curtains, the bathrooms are spacious and also well decorated . The front desk team is great, shout-out to Marcelo and Julie. The breakfast is FANTASTIC, with an excellent variety of food, fruits, coffees, breads, cakes, juices, and everything is fresh. The hotel isn't too close to the city center, but is next door the a very nice shopping mall, called Nações Shopping. Totally worth it to stay at this hotel."
