"The front desk staff, Maggie Hu, was amazing. She helped us with booking a six seater luxury van to help us get from our hotel to the Longji terraces on such a last minute request. Our family agreed that she made the best guilin noodles. The noodles were so good that we had requested to have it on both mornings of our stay. She made us feel welcomed, and a part of her family. Her generosity and hospitality will never be forgotten. It definitely made our stay memorable. We were traveling with two teenagers and a child. The rooms aren’t the largest, so we had to book two rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious."

The staff and the owner were incredibly warm and welcoming—they went out of their way to help me book tickets for the local scenic spots and gave great recommendations for the best local food. The room was lovely, with a large floor-to-ceiling window that offered a stunning direct view of the mountains. Waking up to that scenery every morning was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and authentic experience!"
