The atmosphere wasn't great and although there is a bar and a pleasant bar area, there didn't seem to be a barman in attendance, certainly not at the end of the day, when a drink at the hotel bar would have been perfect. The Happy Hour seemed to be at strange times. Not great for socialising in the hotel. The hotel had laundry facilities but I would have preferred a laundry service. The rate was good, though."

"Stayed here two years in a row. Love it. Can’t beat the location, 1-2 minutes away from entrances to red and blue (5-7 min) MTR lines. Direct overpass connection to taipei 101. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel pool is nice. If you are Hyatt member, be sure to use the sauna for free. First timer ask staff to walk you through the process of using the sauna. "The hotel is very clean and well kept. The young lady at the front desk helped me checked-in at 1100 which was a huge plus for my stay. Special thanks goes to 黄俊铭at the Rose Room ( 菩薇厅13th floor). He went above and beyond in helping me with my plan of visiting Taiwan! All the staff there were professional and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent too. Will definitely visit it back!!!"
