There was an ample amount of activities to choose from: restaurant choices, spa/relaxing options, shopping, and remarkable rooftop pool. Every single one of the staff members I encountered, from the hotel receptionist, Heidi, to the entire restaurant staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. I can’t wait to visit again, and I will definitely be staying at the Grand Hyatt!"

"Room n staff are in fine condition but the room service menu, especially night menu, has only four fries( fish, chicken, calamari, or shrimp)on the menu. No salad, no soups, no noodles, no sandwiches. Should be diversified......"
