"Clean room, very cozy space, but was perfect for our short stay. The location was incredibly convenient and the breakfast in the morning was so nice. We went to the Japanese style buffet. It was a lovely experience. We really enjoyed it, especially because the airport limo (charter bus) takes you right up to the front door. Super helpful for my parent who has accessibility needs. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were so kind and helpful, always plenty of coffee and tea plus numerous other goodies and the on site laundry facilities were cheap and efficient. We also loved the location - close to all the fun in Shinjuku but also far enough away to be a bit more peaceful. Plenty of great bars, clubs and restaurants close by. Can’t wait to come back!!"
