" unfortunately the experience didn’t align with what we were hoping for. The overall atmosphere felt much more geared toward families, which is perfectly fine—but not what we were expecting for a more relaxed stay. The biggest issue was the noise level. There were many children in the common areas, particularly around the hot tubs and sauna, often unsupervised. It made it difficult to enjoy those amenities, as there was constant jumping in and out, and the environment felt more chaotic than calming. The lazy river was another disappointment. It didn’t deliver the slow, relaxing experience you would expect and instead felt crowded and anything but “lazy.” We had initially planned to extend our stay, but after one night, we decided to book elsewhere. If you’re traveling with family and looking for a lively, kid-friendly environment, this hotel may work for you. However, if you’re seeking a quieter, more relaxed experience, I would recommend looking at other options."

"Recently renovated hotel. Great friendly and professional staff ! Staff Always professional and friendly. Pool bar was great, the complimentary breakfast was well equipped and the 530p-730p free cocktails and some hot food was a bonus !!! A “Tip of the Cap” to the management and staff. Would highly recommend and will be back ."

"Great diner option and many pools to choose from. Steps away from Volcano Bay and easy bus access to all parks. Really cute 50s and 60s theme. Bowling alley is fun and milkshake/malt shop is great. Really recommend for families!"
