Property itself was nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. Area around the property is exactly what you think for Los Angeles. Eve though the area around it is sketchy… there wasn’t a time I felt unsafe. Definitely would stay there again!

Perfect for a quick last minute get-away without spending i sane prices on a room. My only complaint is that the ac units in the room are really loud and they produce a high pitched whining noise. The staff are extremely polite and friendly and they have japanese snacks in the gift shop.

Super close to the airport with transportation running 24-7 to-from the airport. Quiet clean rooms. Great breakfast buffet included with the room price. Perfect for the airport traveler

Great hotel and frankly a pleasant surprise given the general area. Clean, nicely appointed and people very friendly. They can’t do anything about the area but they have made facility very secure. Extra points for operating such a nice property despite the area! Thank you are part of the solution not the problem. Absolutely would stay again.

They lobby has great views and there are many seating areas to enjoy time to relax or chat. The hotel has great eating options. The room was very modern. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were very flat. Thought the breakfast was a little pricy, though. The gym was nice and large with many options for a workout. The location was key. I like this hotel! I hope to go back there again! The receptionist was very helpful and nice to us! We also love the view we had.

Airport hotel with airport shuttle. Nice swimming pool. Building is a bit rundown.

Great location to cruise port. Property felt safe from neighborhood. Staff handled situations quickly with neighborhood societal issues which we have in every big city. Rooms were clean. Bed was firm and I actually slept better here than I do at home! San Pedro Cafe up the street was recommended for breakfast and it was great! Overall great price and my expectations for a motel were exceeded but I’m a easy going person!

The staff were super helpful. There wasn't as much outside noise as some of the other reviews made me think there would be. Beds were comfortable, the amenities were great, and if you're taking a Carnival Cruise the hotel is across the street from Carnival's free shuttle to the port. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a quiet and peaceful stay. Plenty parking and clean location. The downside for me was the stains on my bedsheets and the smell when I first walked in the room. Overall, the pool was gorgeous and customer service was excellent.

Loved the city view from my non-smoking room, and the daily housekeeping was a nice touch. Thanks for making it a good experience for me.

Amazing room

We have stayed here many times without leaving a review and I don't like leaving a negative review unless I'm sure I'm never returning, but we kept giving it another chance because of the location and access to the beach. This time was noticeably different. We stayed in a different oceanview room which was beautiful. Service was great. I didn't have to request housekeeping - a plus. We'll be back.
