"Clean, big room, next to the metro, this hotel is good stuff. Can be a little bit renovated"

"Turned up and the access instructions were totally wrong. Room hadn't been cleaned and the cleaning team arrived 30 mins after check in and let me in. Photos have clearly been staged many of the items pictured are not there and many of the items listed as amenities aren't there. No kettle, coffee machine, iron (but there is an ironing board!!). The apartment is looking worn and in need of some paint and many features need some repair - tap in kitchen sink is so wobbly, no plugs in sink or...

How all the staff seems to remember your name as you come and go is amazing. We also give high praise to the concierge Francois who flawlessly and graciously welcomed us to Lyon and made all our dinner reservations! Merci to all!!!!"

"This hotel is a great boutique hotel.. Perfect location for walking or taking the metro.. Our room was amazing with a view of the Abbey…. The staff were kind and helpful. We ate dinner at their restaurant which had wonderful food. If you like smaller hotels with charm.. would highly recommend."

"This is a great property! The pool and spa were exceptional as was the food and bar. Completely walkable to everything close and located in old Lyon. My only criticism is you cannot find the hotel to use the valet."
