"My stay at Amway was so-so. When I checked in at the hotel, my room was not selected prior and staff informed me that if I still wanted a king bed, I wouldn't have the greatest view. I made a reservation and indicated in my notes that I wanted a great view and paid for the river view room style. We received a room with 2 queen beds for us to get a great river view which was fine, but I noticed that the notes I wrote wasn't viewed because I also was near an elevator and that was indicated in my notes that I didn't want to be next to an elevator. I went back to the front desk the following day and asked about how parking worked regarding using my key on the day of checkout which I thought would have been told during check in. The room was nice but the toilet is extremely loud when you flush and for a place to be upscale, I would think this wouldn't be an issue. I visited IDC Speakeasy inside the hotel and there was a wedding party in there so the space was limited and loud for it to be a speakeasy. I think this will be a place that I would visit and utilize the amenities but not a place I would stay at in the near future."

"Spacious rooms, great stay. The rooms were clean and fresh and the lobby was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great, though the hot tub chemicals must have been off a bit because my husband left with a chemical rash after a few sessions in the hot tub. We were a smidge disappointed with the TV-viewing experience. It kept getting pixelated, like the early '00s digital TV, which was disappointing while watching March Madness. There were a few missed plays and calls that didn't make sense because of the skipping picture. Overall though, recommend. We'll be back for sure!"

"The hotel was very clean. Someone was always mopping or vacuuming.The room was great! The beds were so comfortable! The gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful! They had the basic continental breafast. Didn't use the pool, but there's a huge community's room by the pool that could be used for parties! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!"

"The hotel was nice but we had lots of problems with the shuttle from the airport. They dropped us off at the wrong hotel and it took 2 more shuttles to get to the motel. Nice breakfast though and decent bed. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They even reached out by text to see if we had any questions or needs.The rooms were clean when we arrived and cleaned the next day while we were out and about. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. However, there is a microwave next to the ice machine on each floor. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet however it does cost $15 a person. "
