Hotels in Pine Orchard

"Great affordable hotel. The hallway has an odor, but there were no issues with the room itself. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but for the value of a night’s stay, I can’t really complain. I’m not a big fan of having to use the side entrances at night because guests aren’t allowed through the front at certain times. I would much rather be able to swipe my card at the front, similar to how you gain entry at the side entrances. The staff was friendly and accommodating with extra pillows, irons, and other requests. Overall, it was a good experience."

"Slightly expensive but overall good"

"When you walk in the front lobby, it smells like sewerage. The front desk people were nice. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Problems were they did not service our room, we had a queen sheet on a king bed and we asked them to change it because it popped off. The worse part was no hot tub and that is the only reason we stayed there. They blamed it on Expedia not changing it on their site. They said they would contact Expedia again. There were screaming young kids with no diapers in the pool. We had to leave it was so loud. "

"The hotel looked great, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great but the heat didn`t work. The maintenance man brought up a portable heater. Therefore the overnight stay was terrible & we woke up in the morning sweating because the heat was working again."

"I was surprised how outdated the building was. Very loud and noisy. You can hear everything in your room from the hallway to slamming doors, people walking around on the upper level, the ice maker all hours of the day. Lighting in the bathroom was very dim. It was fine for the 3 nights we were there, but I’d pick someone else next time I’m in the area due to it being so outdated and loud. The employees were fantastic!"

"Was booked for three nights at this hotel. Got there and they had given my room away. Said that they had run my card before I even got there and that it declined, which it actually didn’t, my credit card company froze my card because I thought it was fraudulent, so they canceled my reservation. No phone call or anything. Upon arrival to the hotel Expedia said that my room was still booked. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Called to speak to management the next day and they said they had no record of my card being run or the room being canceled. They were supposed to call me back with more information and never called back."
