"Room was well maintained yet the floor was very dirty. Breakfast was great and lots of places to sit. Pool set up was wonderful and walkable to the beach. Lots of food options"

"Staff and room were great. Didn’t have the opportunity to eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Disappointed in the fact that I paid an already high amount for the room to then have to turn around and pay a pretty penny for a shuttle to our ship. Grateful it was an option, of course. This was a cheaper option from others around and definitely the cleanest of what was going to be available but most other hotels offered free shuttles."

"The Hotel has a lookout to watch launches at Cape Canaveral. The breakfast was fresh and of a good variety. The room was large and clean."

"The room was a nice size and appeared clean, the lobby was gross the floor was filthy looked like they forgot to mop. The staff were friendly but not dressed professionally at all. At checkout a mystery charge of $5.35 was charged to me and when I checked out in the morning I didn’t get a receipt as none was offered and the man I handed the keys too was rude. I do not plan to stay here again. "

"This hotel is divided into 5 different buildings. You have to walk to a different building for breakfast. Amenities are basic. There is a sandy residue on the floor and that sticks to your feet and gets into the bed linens. The shower soap holder had remnants of a previous person’s shaved hair in it. Noise level is loud and walls are thin. When we arrived the entire parking lot smelled like marijuana. The best part of this hotel was the heated pool. "

"Staff was very nice. Everything was very clean. The pool closed extremely early seeing that I had a kid come in on the later side that was OK would’ve liked an extra chair in the room, but we were there for such a short time. It was fine."

"I am a key member that receives perks. I was told via Expedia that I was to receive a bottle of wine, instead they gave me bottles of water. The property is very old and needs an update. The breakfast area is the size of a closet and people were running into each other and spoiling their beverages. There was not enough seating either. Just bad. "
