"It’s a confusing to you and get to the place. It looks like the entrance is to a different hotel and they have a parking meter for paid parking there and you really don’t wanna go in there because you think it’s the wrong hotel but it’s actually connected. They share parking ticketing meter. in my room, the heater didn’t work and the shower was only going to have pressure due to the Spicket, not blocking off all the water to the showerhead. I had to pay for parking twice when I left to go get dinner after I checked in only 10 minutes later, it charged me three dollars in the morning when I checked out I complained about having to pay the three bucks and the staff said it shouldn’t happen so I got validation again and I was checking out to leave to the airport I got charged $10. This is unacceptable for this location. I would not stay there again. And you really can’t go into complain because people are behind you in the spot of the line through either you pay it or try to get the four people behind you to back out. I think they know about this and I’m not properly validating peoples parking tickets for staying there. I mean it I had to pay twice within 24 hours of staying there. I’m sure other people are having to pay too. there is also mold in the bathrooms, venting system they plainly see."

"this was a great place to stay in the city, the surrounding area felt safe and walkable. the rooms are all a bit unique, which is neat. skip the hotel breakfast and go to Grits N Gravy about a block or two down, even the concierge recommended this to me and i appreciate their honesty. "

"Property was in a great location, perfect for families. Rooms were big and clean. Staff was very friendly. The only downside was how incredibly loud the water features are in the pool so if you have sensory sensitive kids, keep that in mind. "

We NEVER get the complimentary bottle of wine from being VIP through expedia. What keeps us coming back, is the clean and comfortable rooms. The quiet atmosphere. The safety of the area around the hotel. "

"This place was a pleasant day and some of the front desk. People were very kind. The older man is very sarcastic, so I’m not sure if he likes his job but all the younger people are wonderful. We were hardly at the hotel because we were helping a friend in Portland but a good place to stay if you don’t want to tostay at your friends house."
