Our room on the third floor was showing signs of wear with a delaminated bathroom door and a weird bathtub that felt like you were standing on a cushion. The room was clean and well appointed. I had the delux king and the rate was reasonable "

However we had an awkward and unprofessional moment when staff entered our room without knocking expecting us to be out of the room (“checked out), while we still were in the room. No apology was issued by that staff. Also hotel doesn’t provide any complementary umbrellas. "

"I can't really comment on the hotel itself as I couldnt get checked in due to lacking a card (despite having already paid for the booking). I've never been treated more disrespectfully in many years of traveling as I was by this hotel. Because of them I had to sleep at the airport as a solo female traveller. Absolutely atrocious way to treat anyone, let alone a guest."
