"Staff members were always happy and helpful. The breakfast selection had a wide variety with both hot and cold options with something for everyone (with varying items on different days). The room was clean and the staff was available for extra towels. Saw many different employees cleaning and keeping areas clean and safe (even the elevator walls and ceiling tiles)! Overall, pleased with our stay and will return here if in the area… thanks for a lovely visit to Punta Gorda (April 15 - 18, 2026)."

"If you want to feel like you are renting a room in the projects, where the linens have blood stain, cobwebs in the room, broken toilet and dirty shower then this is the place for you. Did I also mention that their security system does not work, so basically the cameras are there as props. Please go somewhere else if you are looking for simple decency. "
