"Room and location were excellent. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Starbucks in lobby was a great bonus. The pool can get a little crazy with all the kids screaming and jumping so would be nice if they set an adult hour (9-10pm) but otherwise my son had an incredible time and the proximity and free shuttle to Universal made it all totally worth it. Will be back again for sure."
