"The room was very clean and comfortable however, my room was on the side of a bar that was next-door so it was very loud even with the television on. With the sound ordinances for the city the noise went on till just after 11 PM."

"The staff are wonderful here. The outdoor pool was closed because it was cold in March when we were there. They had an indoor pool which was nice. The beds were not comfortable at all though. It was a rough nights sleep for two nights here. We will not stay again unless they update some things and enforce the resort standards regarding what they allow their guests to do on the property. The rules are loose to say the least. I would want to stay there with my young children."

The room was clean and pleasant, with a nice pool view. It included a small fridge, and the air conditioning worked well throughout the stay. The staff across all areas—front desk, restaurant/lobby bar, and housekeeping—were consistently kind and attentive."

"At the time of making the reservation and the time of check-in, the hotel does not disclose their policy to only change bed sheet only once every 4 days. Had this been revealed, I wouldn't have made the reservation or checked in. This omission is intentionally misleading the public"
