"Only 1 outlet worked. Luckily my laptop cord reached the bed all the way from the bathroom. The safe is literally level with the floor. Not usable when you’re in town for back surgery. The computer in the lobby for printing didn’t work. One of the elevators was usually out of service which meant long lines. Not sure that I will return."

"We’re renovating our apt around the block and decided to stay here while we pack. Very spacious room for manhattan standards. Bigger than most NYC studios and had a separate small kitchen. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste but my husband loved it. Everything was bright and clean and the staff were very friendly. It’s very close to the F,M,Q and 6 subway lines. Would definitely recommend this place for our visitors. "

"It's mid-March, so didn't need it. Arthur was polite and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine, there were bikes and scooters avaliable for rent to do more extensive roaming."
