"As this is the second time we come to Japan we liked this hotel a lot better than our last hotel experience in 2024. The staff was great and English was not an issue for most. Close to 2 stations and konbini right outside the main door."

"Great hotel. Staff is very friendly. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station. You have food and convenient stores around you. Also a anytime fitness is a minute walk away for anyone who goes to the gym while traveling. "

"Great location— not too busy but close to busier areas. There was a really nice street with restaurants / shops about 10 minutes away. Staff were helpful and let us store our luggage before check in and after check out. Room was very small but we knew it would be and we were only staying 2 nights."

"Great stay at The Knot for our first time in Tokyo! Beautiful lobby and great buffet breakfast. Across the street from a nice park and in a quiet - calm - neighborhood. Well situated to two main subway lines and walkable to Shinjuku and Golden Gai areas. Highly recommend!"

"Very good hotel within 5 mins to the nishishinjuku station. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. There is also a konbini in the basement floor which is great."

"Great location near Isetan and Shinjuku station. Small tiny no fancy but If you need something, they got it. Free bottles of water, umbrella, charger, free happy hours free breakfast. etc"

"Staffs were helpful and able to communicate in other languages. Rooms are clean and tidy even if its just limited house keeping. Location is good too, 2 mins walk from Exit A1 from HigashiShinjuku. Long walk from platform to exit though but its common among Japan stations I guess."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. A short walk to the Waseda subway stop, or the trolley, some decent restaurants near by. Appreciated the free shuttle service they provide when we left with our luggage travelling to Kyoto."
