"The hotel is one of their newest! The theme is great and the staff are amazing! Emily and Ain made for a great stay and helped us grab taxis, gave us food suggestions and were overall delightful! It was nice having laundry and staff their 24/7 for help! My husband loved the free coffee in the lobby! The price was great and affordable and would 100% stay there again! There is a reason they are up for the great hotel award in Japan!"

Very lively bar scene in the immediate area at night which wasn’t our thing but we were not bothered, you could hear people on the street and music down the street. didn’t bother us for sleeping at all. lots of food options right around, really neat to have the deck areas "

"The best and most spacious accommodation we've stayed at in Tokyo (our third visit). We wanted to stay somewhere different than the usual tourist areas like Shinjuku and Ueno is the perfect option. It's merely 40mins on the Keisei Express train to/from Narita airport and you can catch the Shinkansen from Ueno station which is merely 15mins walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is quiet, super clean and conveniently located to a host of restaurants, shops and markets. Friendly and helpful...
